The Fireproof doors of Shirionit Hosem Technologies Co. are acoustic doors – up to 38DB noise reduction, with a certificate of compliance to Israeli standard 1212, and as a result – hospitals, public institutions and government offices in Israel have already chosen this unique product that saves lives.
The fire doors are made of steel casing and are filled with an insulating and flame retardant material. The standard fire door can be locked with a key, but this feature can be applied only in places that have been approved by the fire officer. The doors must always allow opening in the direction of the fastest exit from the building. Their purpose is to be open and held regularly by an electromagnet, when during a fire in a building they are closed by an independent electrical system. If necessary, a fire door with manual opening and closing (lock cylinder) can be ordered, with the approval of the fire officer or authorized by the contractor.

Shirionit Hosem Technologies Co. manufactures and supplies, in addition, double-wing doors in various sizes that are ecquipped with a closing adapter (coordinator) and an oil operated overhead door stop according to the required standard, the doors are supplied in a shade of wallpaper or color painted in the oven, and can be combined with a standard window, various panic push handles and a controlled lock.
In case of mass movement of passers-by – the handle will open the door in any situation. The fire doors offered are standard for 30 / 60 / 90 minutes fire resistance and have a construction door frame for casting at the installation site or an enveloping door frame for gypsum walls in accordance with the connection methods in the Israeli fire standard 1212. Remotely controlled fire doors can be ordered – combined with electromechanical locks for remote access control.
